MPHEC Graduate Outcomes (GO) Survey: Class of 2020 in 2022 (The 2022 Survey is now closed)

Memorial University is partnering with the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission (MPHEC) and the Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU) to administer the MPHEC’s Graduate Outcomes Survey to Class of 2020 graduates of an undergraduate program at Memorial. As a graduate from the Class of 2020, we invite you to participate in this survey.

You can help improve the student experience by taking part in the MPHEC Graduate GO survey of the Class of 2020 between September 15 and December 9, 2022.

If you complete the survey you will be offered a chance to win a prize of a $500 gift card.

What is the MPHEC Graduate Outcomes (GO) Survey?

Since 1996, the MPHEC GO Survey has kept the Maritime region up-to-date on several important themes related to post-secondary education, including:

  • the transition to the workforce, with information on employment status, earnings, occupation and relatedness of work to program of study,
  • the level of student debt and repayment status,
  • the retention of graduates in the Maritimes and migration rates outside the region,
  • the pursuit of further studies after the first degree, with information on type of credential and discipline, and
  • what graduates think of their university experience.

This information is used by provincial governments and universities for the purpose of quality assurance and to evaluate and design policies pertaining to university students and graduates in alignment with the MPHEC’s mandate and MPHEC Act.

Information collected from Memorial University graduates will be used by the university to better understand the experiences of recent graduates and will be included in a pan-Atlantic Canadian report commissioned by the AAU to assess graduate outcomes in the Atlantic region.
